Our hotel suites range from studios to suites, depending on your family’s needs. Each room is appointed with our amenity centers appointed with snacks and drinks available for purchase.
MANOR HOUSE BUILDING
The middle building. Units in our Manor House building have kitchenettes complete with refrigerators and microwaves and large walk-in showers. This building recently underwent a renovation of the hallways and common areas, and looks fantastic! Each unit has a private balcony with seating, and each floor has access to the oceanfront balcony facing Long Sands Beach and overlooking our pool.
This building has direct access into the pool area, and elevator access with ADA-accessible units.
Poulin House
The original building began as a motor court inn in the 50’s, and was later improved to a two-story building in the 60’s. Having undergone a major renovation this season with full interior remodels, these units are some of the nicest on the property! All new tile bathrooms with wood floors, new HVAC systems, amazing mosaic tile showers, and all new furnishings! King suites and double queen units available in this building.
Boone House Studios
Our legacy building at the Sea Latch, these studios are all ground-floor and the closest to the beach! With small kitchens/kitchenettes in each unit, these units are perfectly set up for weekly stays and for those that wish to do a little cooking during their vacation. With covered balconies, bistro tables, and seating, each unit has its own outdoor space on the shared balcony across the front of the building.
Cottages
The Cottages at Sea Latch are some of our most revered accommodations, and some of our most original to the property! Some families have been staying in these units going on four generations, and are available for week-long rentals only (Saturday to Saturday). These units have been lightly renovated over the years, and have some moderate upgrades in 2022 with some new appliances, bedding, and bathroom products. With anywhere from one to four rooms, these units are perfect for family trips looking for longer stays here in York Beach. Book yours today!
